Who is Tonicia Kelly?

My love for technology not only centers around creating and innovating but looking deeper into the socioeconomic affects and impact, or lack, of technology in under-served and underrepresented communities. I will use my blog to to take a critical look at how minority populations are growing and innovating in the information age.
