“Kristina Ashley Williams (she/her/hers) is a leading voice in people cultures, strategic design and futurist thinking in business. She is known for her illuminating personality and experiential learning innovations specialized in interactive collaboration. She currently serves as CEO of Unpacking, a gamified learning platform for diversity, equity, and inclusion that shapes healthy workplace cultures for individuals and teams. As a culmination of her life’s work, Williams is developing a real estate venture in Costa Rica called InfinityLand, a hotel and events venue that exemplifies best practices for inclusive design through sustainability, accessibility, and the needs of travelers of color. As the great-great niece of Jackie Robinson, her award-winning work is not just about passion, it is legacy.
